Diana Digs My Secret Garden-5

28 Mar

The landscape renovation continues at 414 State Street, by DianaDigsDirt. The terrace is almost complete. We will not be able to plant tender annuals until the last frost-free date, which is around mid April.

I am almost positive the bricks on site were hand-made, priceless!

Wheel barrow fountain now functions and people are caught off guard when passing by. Didn’t expect the sound of water gushing out of a rusty hole in the wheel barrow, did you?

So much weeding and clearing away of ivy, sweet autumn clematis and liriope everywhere! Let’s start fresh.

Hanging baskets and planters will be filled with flowers, adding to the charm of the boutique.

Many of these plants are transplanted from my own garden. Come by for the plant swap on the 16th of April. Bring a plant you would like to part with and leave with a more desirable one.

    Hi,

Where do you get your hanging planters? I did not think they would be hard to find, but they don’t have them at Lowe’s or Home Depot. I need a nice round one for some evening glories.
